In an in-house position at the University of Miami

Acted as a key figure in a major communications initiative that rebranded the University of Miami for prospective students, admitted students (prior to enrollment), parents and high school guidance counselors.

Supplementary responsibilities include:

  • Soliciting feedback from prospective students, parents, high school guidance counselors, current students and alumni via primary and secondary research.
  • Educating administrators, program directors and staff (within the two divisions and university-wide) on the limitations and advantages of communicating online.
